  • Today’s Revenue (Rooms)

  • Forecast for next 3 days

  • Early check-ins / Late check-outs


B. Front Office Highlights

  • VIP Arrivals & In-House Guests

  • Group arrivals/departures

  • Guest issues or complaints

  • Overbooking or no-show summary


C. Housekeeping Updates

  • Rooms ready vs. pending

  • Linen & laundry status

  • Lost & found important items

  • Maintenance issues found in rooms
